To protect our mission and ensure the sustainability of our high-quality experiences the Wellness & Wildlife retreat has implemented the following cancellation policy:
Booking Commitment
A $2,900 USD deposit of the total trip amount is required to secure your spot.
Full payment is required by June 1st, 2026.
Refund
In case of cancellation by participant, the deposit is non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: All guests are required to have travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation costs. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure.
Travel Delay & Transportation Responsibility: In the event of travel delays, missed flights, or schedule changes that result in guests requiring alternative transportation to the retreat location, guests are solely responsible for covering any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to shuttle fees, private transfers, or rebooking fees. The hosts are not liable for these expenses.
No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to show up on the trip start date without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.
Force Majeure Clause: The hosts shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other events classified as force majeure.
Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in the Wildlife & Wellness Retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, illness, physical injury and death. I understand and accept these risks and confirm that I have read and fully understand the policy and its terms.
Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the hosts, its employees, guides, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury or damage to myself or my property during the expedition trip.
The hosts are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by guests in preparation for the trip, including non-refundable airfare, visa fees, equipment, or medical costs.
It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional to determine any medical needs prior to participation. The hosts are no medical professionals and assume no liability for any medical needs or emergency care during the trip.
In the event of an emergency, you are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of evacuation, medical treatment, or hospital stays. We strongly advise having comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for these costs.
It is your responsibility to share medical information that could affect your participation in the retreat and its activities with the hosts prior in a timely manner.
The hosts and contractors are not responsible for your inability to join the retreat or activities due to medical reasons and in case no financial compensation or costs are covered.
